With the Woman Wednesday series, CatMax Photography introduces you to exceptional female entrepreneurs who have gone through the CatMax Personal Branding Experience.
Today, we invite you to meet Tiffany Castillo and Jeanette Soltys, the powerhouse duo behind A Holistic Dose. The new podcast, which has already been featured on Yahoo Finance and CBS 42, dives into the realities of midlife for women—from divorce and dating to skincare, weight loss, and all the wild, wonderful stuff in between.
Tiffany is a dynamic storyteller and the brains behind two innovative telehealth brands: OrderlyMeds.com, a leader in online access to GLP-1 medications, and LumiVera, which supports the wellness needs of midlife women and will soon have a physical location. Jeanette is an accomplished attorney and founder of Atlanta Holistic Family Law, a practice devoted to creating a positive divorce experience.

Together, the pair has hilarious, heartfelt, and honest conversations about the shared experiences that connect women over 40.
You two are obviously great friends. Tell us about your friendship and how it developed.
Jeanette: We met when our kids were just babies in daycare, and they instantly connected and would hold hands walking to the playground. It was adorable, so we started setting up playdates. A few years later, I went through a divorce, and Tiffany did about a year after. That shared experience really deepened our bond—we leaned on each other during a time when it was hard to relate to anyone else. Tiffany brings the energy, creativity, and big-picture vision. I bring the realism and grounding. We balance each other out and can laugh through pretty much anything.
Tiffany: In 2013, I went through a really difficult time after the loss of my second baby—something I share more openly in Episode 5. Jeanette and I were still getting to know each other at that point, but when she found out what I was going through, she showed up in the most thoughtful way. She put together a care basket and dropped it off with such quiet kindness. It deeply touched me and, honestly, set the tone for how I want to show up for friends going through hard things.
When you're in deep grief, you don’t have the capacity to hold space for other people’s emotions—you’re barely holding your own. But Jeanette’s gesture made me feel seen without adding weight. That moment really solidified our friendship for me. From there, our connection just deepened—and the balance between us, the way we hold space for each other, has become such a meaningful part of both our lives.
How did A Holistic Dose come to be. Why a podcast and why did you want to do one together?
Tiffany: We’d been having these deep, hilarious, and sometimes brutally honest conversations about midlife—about beauty, wellness, parenting, relationships—and realized, we can’t be the only ones craving this kind of dialogue. So, we decided to bring it to the mic.
For me personally, storytelling has always been my love language. It’s how I connect, how I heal, and how I help others feel seen. I’ve spent over 20 years building successful lifestyle brands through storytelling and creative direction, and I’ve learned a lot including what works, what doesn’t, and what really matters in the long-run. I wanted to share those lessons not just from a professional lens, but from a personal one too.
Starting this podcast felt like the natural extension of my passion for mentoring and connecting with people. I’ve always believed in helping others see what’s possible for themselves, and I wanted to model that—especially for my daughter. As a single mom, it’s important to me that she sees what it looks like to go after your dreams, even if it’s scary, even if it’s late, even if it’s not perfect. If one woman listens and feels more inspired, more capable, or simply less alone, then I’ve done my job.
Jeanette: A podcast felt like the right medium because it allowed us to be raw and unfiltered. We didn’t want to curate a perfect Instagram image of midlife—we wanted real conversations, and podcasting gave us space to explore all of that.
On Instagram, you have a teaser for an episode on dating in your 40s. Can you share some other interesting upcoming episode topics listeners can look forward to?
Jeanette: Definitely! We’re diving into topics that are deeply relevant to women in their 40s and beyond. One big one is divorce—not just the legal side, but the emotional and identity shifts that come with it. As a family law attorney and founder of Atlanta Holistic Family Law, I’ve guided so many women through that transition, and I know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel.
Statistically, midlife is a common time for major life shifts—divorce, career changes, even parenting teens—and even if you're not going through it yourself, chances are you know someone who is. And from there, naturally comes another big topic: dating again. That’s something Tiffany speaks to personally. She’s gone through divorce and is currently navigating the dating scene, so her perspective brings honesty, vulnerability, and a lot of humor to those conversations.
These are the real-life things women are living through, but they’re not often talked about in an honest, relatable way. That’s what we’re aiming to do with A Holistic Dose—shed light on these chapters and remind women they’re not alone in them.
Tiffany: We really wanted to build a space where women could hear conversations that reflect what they’re actually living. We’ve got upcoming episodes on things like skincare over 40—what’s worth it, what’s hype—starting over professionally, and what no one tells you about parenting teens (hint: it’s not easier just because they sleep through the night).
We also dig into the emotional side of reinvention—figuring out who you are now that life looks different, whether that’s post-divorce, post-kids, or just post-burnout. These are the conversations we were already having as friends, and now we get to invite others into them. It’s empowering, and honestly, it’s been really healing too.

What has the process of creating a podcast been like so far? Easier than you thought? More work? More fun?
Tiffany: Definitely more work—but also more rewarding. There’s a learning curve, for sure. But the connection we’re building with listeners makes it all worth it.
Jeanette: I thought we’d just show up, talk, and publish, but it turns out there’s editing, sound quality, episode planning, marketing… It’s a whole production. But it’s also been so fun and fulfilling. We’ve learned a lot about each other and ourselves.
So many people wing it when it comes to photography when launching a new business. Why did you feel it was important to do a branding photoshoot right away?
Tiffany: As a creative director, I know visuals matter. A strong brand presence builds trust—and we wanted to reflect the essence of A Holistic Dose right from the start: real, polished, playful, and unapologetically 40+.
Jeanette: First impressions count. We didn’t want to half do it. We’re proud of this podcast, and a professional shoot made it feel real—and made us show up even more confidently.
What are some of your favorite photos from the shoot and why?
Tiffany: One of our absolute favorites is the bubblegum shot—me blowing a bubble and Jeanette trying to pop it. It was actually a playful redo of an old headshot I became known for, and I knew I wanted to recreate it, but this time with Jeanette. It perfectly captures our personalities and the dynamic of the show—we’re smart, silly, curious, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously. That photo just says it all.
I also love the shots of us laughing with coffee mugs. They feel so natural and reflect exactly how we are behind the scenes always mid-convo, always making each other laugh.
Jeanette: I love those too! Most importantly, we weren’t trying to look younger or overly curated—we were just showing up as our grown, confident selves, and that’s the message we want to send with A Holistic Dose.

How do you plan to use your branding photos?
Tiffany: Everywhere! These photos are the visual heartbeat of our brand. We’re using them for podcast cover art, episode graphics, our website, social media, and especially in press and media kits. Having professional, intentional photography helps us tell the story of who we are—not just what our podcast is about, but the energy and connection behind it. That’s what garners attention, builds trust, and opens doors to bigger opportunities.
In a space where everyone’s trying to stand out, great branding photography instantly elevates your presence. It shows people you take your work seriously—and encourages them to take you seriously, too.
Jeanette: And honestly, it just gives everything a more polished, cohesive feel. When your visuals reflect the quality of your message, people notice. It was one of the smartest investments we made in launching A Holistic Dose.
What goals do you have for A Holistic Dose? What would you love to see it turn into?
Tiffany: I’d love to build a community of women who feel seen and supported. I see retreats, events, maybe even a book one day. There’s so much room for growth.
Jeanette: I want women to know they’re not alone. If this podcast can be a source of clarity, laughter, or even healing for someone—that’s the dream.
What advice do you have for fellow female entrepreneurs?
Jeanette: Start messy. Don’t wait until it’s perfect. Ask for help, trust your gut, and give yourself grace when you’re learning something new.
Tiffany: I’m a huge believer in following your female intuition. You don’t have to follow a formula. Build something that feels like you. That’s when the magic happens.
